Allodynia

Hi everyone,
I have the allodynia now to all parts of my body, so any pressure is painful and cant have anyone even hug me. It hurts to be kissed even.
I was a big hugger.
Anyone out there on anything that helped theirs?

TIA.

Believe it not. I have pretty bad CRPS. I wear a winter windbreaker to be in even slight breeze in warm weather. I wear a windbreaker to bed at night. Lemon balm is a herb that decreases glutamate release from pan nerves and that has helped. It also decreases muscle spasms. but you need to take it for 4 weeks before you see a difference.

Also went on a anti inflammatory diet no no wheat ( except I do eat barley bread) and hardly any sugar and no milk products this has really helped the allodynia which is pretty severe in me. I've gone back on wheat and mild and it comes back worse. It wont totally go away but it helps a lot.
