Has anyone tried acupuncture for their headaches?

Helpful? Or not?

Thank you for any feedback!

I am doing acupuncture right now, and i will have to admit they are getting better. I cant tell if its the new medication or combination of that and the other alternative treatments im doing, including chiropractor and B12/B6 injections. My insurance covers acupuncture so i only have a $15 copay. It can be very expensive around $70 or more for a treatment, so not sure if i would be doing it regularly otherwise. But ive experienced a great relief of multiple diff issues before my PCS that it helped with (back pain). Worth a shot! Good luck

I am going to try this for my first time today since the TBI (almost 11 months). No insurance, but I think it is time to try something (more useful than an occassional painkiller).
