Good Parkinson's doctor near Piscataway, NJ

Can anyone recommend a good movement disorder neurologist for a PWP who lives in Piscataway, NJ? She presently goes to a family doctor who says it is too early for medicine, but her whole upper body is in a constant tremor!

Google Maps says it is 95 miles from Piscataway to New Haven. Dr. Ken Marek of the IND at Yale is an excellent MDS. I know he isn't particularly close, but a doable distance to see a terrific doctor. I have seen him every other year for SPECT brain scans.
