Don't know why I have PN, but I use cilantro for chelation just in case. Besides its so good for you. Gazpacho, salsa, soups... put it in lots of recipes.

If you search here(button on toolbar) there are stories related to tooth fillings. Can't remember if Mercury was involved. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

I think you have to be careful if you are seeking out a chelation clinician. They have to really know what they are doing and they shouldn't remove heavy metals at such a pace that it will harm you.

You can naturally chelate through food and supplements - specifically algae and kelp. Dr.Terry Wahls has talked about this in her book (you will probably get some hits if you Google it). She also typically see's heavy metals in her clinical trials patients and finds that after 1-2 years they detoxify naturally.

You can also have your mercury fillings removed, but make sure you find a dentist who does it safely. And disposes of the waste properly!

I have been doing saunas once a week. I drink tons of organic green tea to flush out other things as well. I feel bad after but within a few days I have an overall improvement. I wonder if there is a herxheimer reaction there too. I feel this way after a massage as well.

I try to not be deficient in minerals so my body won't suck up the bad ones.
I eat only certain fish and seafood, ones low in mercury
I use only Krill
And exercise too

This article is a good overview, and there is a list within it which fish contain high counts of mercury.
It talks about vitamin e. My doctor took me off e. She said it can be dangerous. I'm not sure why though.
