I need to vent!
 

So right before Christmas, i received a letter from the unemployment people telling me they have approved me for a tier 2 extension, in the amount of $3,250. OK COOL because SSDI has until the 15th to send me the second denial letter before I can sick the lawyer on them. THEN, I get another letter telling me my benefits run out officially on the 2nd of Jan...today. And now it won't let me file the stupid claim....

And we all know SSDI is going to deny me again! Even though I have given them all paperwork pertaining to this stupid disease, including copies of the MRI reports where it clearly states that the 11 lesions I started out with back in oct of 2008 have (as of Nov 2009) become 32 lesions, the largest being over 70mm. And including the paperwork for the new uro that I am going to see on Tues to learn how to self cath... that's gonna be a blast to try to do while I am at work!

I am frustrated! And to make it even more fun... we are moving to the other side of the state in june. So even if I do find a job, I have to leave it in less than 6 months, if I even last that long because my stupid body won't stop attacking me! I have been in full fledged flare mode since aug of 2008! grrrrrrrrrrrr! I really just feel like beating something right now.

run, don't walk to a disability lawyer. it'll be worth it in the end.
when i first applied i sent in all the paperwork too.
only to find out they "said" they didn't get some of it, which my dr's office said they mailed.

that's when i learned to keep meticulous copies of my own records.
if i ever have to send them something it will be by certified mail...
