No Pain

I'm not looking a gifted horse in the mouth, but I am just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced no physical pain both immediately after their injury and the months after with PCS? I have not had one headache, and am thankful for it, but my current doctor is leading me to believe that my problems now are upper neck, vestibular, etc. due to the lack of pain.

Headache is only one symptom. Not all have headaches. Some have an intermittent headache for a few days. But, the other symptoms can still be valid and prolonged. I have had 14 concussions. I have only had prolonged headaches for 3 or 4 of them.

If your doc thinks you must have headaches to suffer PCS, he is not well informed.

I thought the same, but it seemed odd to me given that most everyone else I know has had physical pain to some degree.
