Why do I procrastinate?

MrsD...few months back you wrote something about vit D deficiency and Neuropathy.
I've been supplimenting...but not too faithfully....I had a Vit D test, came back low!...ooops!
Think I better start taking it more faithfully.
They're dx with Polymyositis....I can't get off the Prednisone...if I do, my muscle weakness is too "bad"....
but its nothing liike the fatigue I had back years ago when I first sought your help...its different.
For me there is a huge differnce between muscle weakness and fatigue.
Does that make sense?
Since I've taken vit D more faithfully...my burning feels much better.
But...could only be the Polymyositis waxing/wayning....who knows!
I just wish I could get rid of all this "stuff"!...I thought the anemia saga for those 2+ very long years was enough...
I was so anemic I had blood transfusions every other week till they found the cause...all by accident.
My all time lowest was 5.1....at ER doctor refused to draw my blood, was convinced I was just having a panic attack
despite my never have a history of such AND NEVER went to ER;s....she discharged me when I begged she just do simple blood test and my refusal to take what she ordered....Valuim via IV!...how stupid is that?
few days later I fell "asleep" while driving...now at a different ER, they took me seriously and took blood samples...eeeeek!....all were shocked to see my blood so low....is deadly low!...
not many live and walk around with 5.1 hgb, my crit was 15%...big time eeeeek!
I had a baseball sized AVM...arteriovenious malformation....is more like and aneurism...a big mass of veins and ateries getting all mixed up.
You're born with them...but they're usually in your brain.
I was lucky...mine was "just"in my intestines.
They can also grow in your spinal cord....thats almost as bad as the brain.
They only discover this during autopsy...you usually just fall over dead when the AVM burst.
Think I need to start playing the lottery.
I've had many other weird/odd things happen in my life....is like some unbeleivavle nightmare.
I was kidnapped, drugged then raped when I was 14....I made it back home alive!
I've had a head on collison with a drunk....side swiped/tboned by a drunk when he ran a stop sign....and rolled my car off a cliff.
So I've had 3 catastrophic car accidents.
My husband survived deadly mouth cancer...he was only 36 when it began.
He doesn't smoke drink or chew!....so was odd.
Like I said...think I'll start playing the lottery!
Oh...while I was in bed with anemia/fatigued then too....I had my ID stolen.
It took nearly 2 years to get that mess cleared up...she spent over $125,000 in just few weeks...purchased a car in my name...police refused to report as stolen!....arrrrrg!
What are the odds of such happening to one person?! And my initials really are CRY!
Oh...one more thing...our house was totally destroyed by a flood...nothing was saved...only few walls left standing!
Heres a few signs you may have Mineral or Vitamin deficiencies.
You have odd food cravings, insesant thirst, odd muscle disfunction, weird skin changes/coloring and needing to lick things out of jars!

I am so sorry for all you have and go through. I try to take 1 day at a time too and started back in my gratitude journal. I write every day things to be thankful for. I have a hard time with consistency on supp and the doc said how it is key so I lay out my supp for 2 weeks at a time. Sending better vibes your way

average compliance

for RX meds is only a bit less than 50% too.

People are just resistant to taking things. (they will take things however to get an enjoyable response-this is mediated by the neurotransmitter dopamine as a pleasure reinforcement).

But supplements are slow acting..and do not reinforce typically. After one gets better on them, there is a human tendency to think you are "cured" and stop taking them.

I don't think people are genetically programed to fix themselves. We rather would have a designated person (like a doctor) fix us. That is just the way it is I guess.
