I'm currently taking 10 mg daily of aricept/donepezil for help with executive function related to my adhd. it's possible that it's increasing my irritability, but I have noticed some cognitive changes for the positive. It doesn't make me any more interested in cleaning the house or taking out the trash though. :) It seems to help my working memory - like I can remember a 5 digit number for the 5 seconds it takes to switch screens and enter it, whereas I couldn't keep a number in my head that long before I started taking it. And I do better on word-finds - which is random.
