Trileptal
Calcium
Vit D
biotin
folic acid

Trileptal also has the potential (like carbamazepine) to cause hyponatremia (low sodium) but this is not a depletion per se but a toxic effect. So giving more salt is not the way to solve this problem. It is a kidney issue and serious.

Klonopin:
Do not have any recorded depletions for this drug.

Topomax:

This is rather new...no documented depletions yet.
But suspected to be like other anticonvulsants...at least calcium and Vit D I would think, and maybe folate.
This drug affects serum bicarbonate in many who take it
and can cause metabolic acidosis.
It also causes kidney stones (probably because of the calcium disruption and pH changes)
And also glaucoma

I found the other day a website with many of the depletions on it...
http://www.chiro.org/nutrition/ABSTR...orticosteroids
It is taken from the reference I use here, but it is not 100% complete. But it can be useful anyway for most cases.

thanks, and to think i just ran across folinic acid dependent seizures on pubmed! i would think the polycitra is to conteract the acidosis.....and kidney stone potential.....didnt list that one, since it is being used as an alkalizing agent did think of it having other issues.....will try that site, thanks again
