Peripheral Neuropathy

Has anyone used supplements for PN, and if so what are they? I've been wondering about Nerve Support Formula . . has anyone used it with good results?

hello and welcome
I would like to suggest that you post this on our Peripheral Neuropathy forum as you are likely to get more responses there from other PN members

I've been taking Folic Acid, vit B6 and B12

However I am still in a great deal of pain and I don't think its helped yet, who knows how long it might take to change anything.

Peripheral Neuropathy

I have had PN since 1994, diabetes since 2010; they may be connected. There are no medications that can reverse the nerve damage, only those that will ameliorate it. Don't be fooled into snake oil remedies. To manage my PN I take one 50mg Tramadol capsule every twelve hours. It knocks back the pain to manageable levels.

Additionally, I eat carefully by eschewing ALL elective sugars (sweets, cakes, biscuits, ice cream, soft drinks, jams, marmalade, honey etc), and avoiding highly refined carbohydrates such as white bread. I started that regime when I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes and, miraculously!, lost weight from 85kg to 70kg where I have been for many months. I take 30 mins of aerobic activity a day (avoiding boredom by watching TV while doing so).

If the PN gets too obtrusive I deliberately make myself busy; brain activity subdues PN.
