Looking for video
 

Within the last few weeks, there was a post with a link to a great video on the value of aerobic exercise for PD. As I remember, it was made by a doctor who is also a PWP, and it described his exercise regimen and diet. I think it might also have involved bicycling. I've been looking for it, but haven't had any luck. Can anyone held me out? Thanks!
