Medical marijuana for PD?

Has anyone used medical marijuana for PD, especially PD with psychosis?

I've had very good results with a few drops of a tincture of the milder Indica form of cannabis. I use it for insomnia and only take it just before bed. The Sativa form of marijuana is more active psychotropically and probably should be avoided if psychosis is involved. CBD is another form of cannabis, and does not seem to have direct effect on the psyche, but apparently can be very beneficial in reducing pain. Wikipedia says: "CBD is considered to have a wide scope of potential medical applications – due to clinical reports showing the lack of side effects, particularly its low psychoactivity (as is typically associated with ∆9-THC), and non-interference with several psychomotor learning and psychological functions." It has been used to ameliorate epilepsy as well as for its antidepressant, anxiolytic, and neuroprotective effects.
