Morning Billie...nice to read that you had some good weather over the weekend. It's been easier than I thought to stay on this diet while away.
Breakfast: South Beach Cereal with yogurt. Coffee!

Alffle, I got to get me some of that cereal soon as I go shopping. I am holding at my lower weight this morning. Just so I don't gain. The so called wintery mix is coming in tonight again and rain today. UGH! Somebody I need some coffee.

Morning ladies~ I hope you don't mind my peeking in here from time to time. I find your posts so inspiring and it helps remind me to eat healthier. I'm not on a wt loss mission, but am always looking for ways to maintain.

I hate laundry!

Putting away the day's laundry was my job after school every day growing up. With 9 people in the house, I felt horribly picked on 'cause my brothers, who played hockey, never had to do a darn thing but practice. Every winter Dad would flood the back yard and make an ice rink for us to play on. He put flood lights on the back of the house so we could see when it got dark so early. Even in the sub-zero temps, we'd be out there in with long underwear, 2-3 pairs of mittens and scarf & hat keeping us warm. When my brothers practiced hockey, mom would pad me with pillows and I would don the mask of the goalie. What fun! Then on Saturdays we'd spend the day at the city rink (ourdoors, too). But where was I? Oh yeah, laundry.

To this day, I don't mind sorting, washing, drying and folding but I hate putting it all away. I wonder why?

My son was over here at 7:00 a.m. sharp to unload our closet to prepare it for paint and some cedar panels for the lower walls. Now my dining area and living room are full of clothing. Neat, huh. What must be done, must be done!

Take care. Think of me in a remodel mess and smile because it's not you.

Have a great day all!

Billie, google and download SKYPE...you can both see and talk to each other if you have a camera (20.00) and a built in microphone. Skype is free so don't let them have you click on anything to pay. My sister talks to a friend in Isreal all the time....free.

Nancy-h....I hated reading about your surgery...so sorry you have to go through that again. :( Let's hope for a better end result next time.

Curious your grandpuppy is darling! Well, both of them are...do they live with you?

DaisyM I live in No.Indiana so we have the same crummy weather. *grin

Bizi I miss you....email me!

Had a sandwich with 1oz of pepper jack cheese and 2.5 oz of turkey pastrami on high fiber diet bread with way too much spicy mustard it gave me brain freeze big time...wow! It was really good though!!!!
I bought some kashi go lean high fiber cereal at the store. Am going to have to start eating breakfast again.
Bought some veggies and threw out the dense bread...now if I could jsut throw out all of the chocolate....
