wow it's chilly here this morning! 30s brrrr.

Morning all!
Sorry I didn't check in yesterday I was out with Todd all day. Had a good time but today I am paying for it. Did tons of walking to boot.
This morning I did laundry because it had to be done eventhough my back was spasming off and on but now I am showered and can relax the rest of the day.
My cold is finally moving on but it left me a nice gift...a cold sore!:rolleyes:
Here in New England it is cold and raw out. After such a nice day yesterday, it is enough alone to drive my body into a tizzy.
Well I am off to rest.

Good morning all, another beautiful day in the desert here. We are going to plant a couple of trees and relax around the pool. Life is good :) Hubby is off for the next 3 days so we are going to enjoy it and have some family fun...Sue

I had tons to do this morning. Had to take a farm neighbor to the doctor, then went to my favorite store in another town. I didn't buy nothing. I got my glasses fixed. The nose piece had came off over the weekend. Then when I got home Mark had got the tires fixed on my lawn mower. They were all flat. I don't use it for mowing tho. It is used as a sweeper only. I don't even have the mower part anymore. it would be nice, for I pay to have it mowed.

Also fed Mark. It's a good thing I cooked yesterday, for he is a big guy. He is my nephew and helps me do everything that requires a mans help. I couldn't get along without him. He is a real hard worker and has trimed all my trees back. We are going to see my son Thursday. I haven't seen him in years, but write him every week.

Well, I must get something done, before the day is over. Will check back later.

Weeheeeeee, got a little doll at my "favorite place." Got lots of that kind and they all look different. My daughter took me off and we had a great time along with the granddaughter 11. Froggie:D

Well I did a workout in my new home gym. Man it felt good. I walked on the treadmill for 30 min then did some light weights. After that a short swim then the jacuzzi. Let me say it again---life is good...Sue

I am so very tired and think I will try going to bed early.
Tomorrow somehow I have got to get myself back onto aan eating plan that will help my body get well??
