Summer vacation

I am leaving tomorrow for a 3 week vacation. I will be in Scotland, London and Paris, so I will be out of touch. I will miss this board!!!!! We are going with another couple who are good friends. They know about my neuropathy and my need to rest, but I hope it all goes smoothly. I plan on resting in the PM while Wes (my husband) and they carry on, then meeting up with everyone for dinner. Anyway, I won't be posting for awhile, but I will be back when I get home. Thanks to everyone -- you all help me so much!

Sounds great.

Have a wonderful time--and if you do get some Internet access during your trip, we'll be here.

Safe

and pleasant flights and have a marvelous holiday. Hope the locales will take your mind off of the PN for a while.

Great plans!!

We'll miss you. If you get a chance, send us an update on your trip. Wish I was tucked in your suitcase.

Wow, that sounds like a great trip!!! Enjoy!!

Alan and I have not had a vacation in 15 years.

Not complaining, because I have a roof over my head, my husband and I are happy together and we have food in the fridge!!!!

Everything else is a bonus.

Have a nice time!!!!!

Travel! Promise that

you'll take lots of pictures? That seems to be the only way I travel well - living vicariously thru others' adventures..I am like a cat these days-I do not travel well at all.

Safe and fun trip! - j

Sounds like a wonderful trip - have lots of fun and be safe.

Jody and I have booked 2 trips: In Jan 08 we're going on a Caribbean Cruise and in Apr 08 to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji - of course, everything depends on our health at the time. I'm 75 and Jody is 74 and at this age anything can happen. Keeping our fingers crossed.

Oooooh, Australia and New Zealand sounds so exciting. We'd like to go there, but will have to save our pennies and hope the stock market goes up!
