Tired as all get out

Seriously, I don't think a person could be any more tired than this.
I really really want some sleep.

I don't know how to get it.
I don't like to go to bed.

It's weird.
I need a few days of sleep.

Today I was so tired I turned my lights on in the car for some dumb reason.
Then when I left work around 8:00 pm at night, the car would not start because of the battery. I asked someone from the cleaning crew to help me jump start the car and he was gracious about it.

I felt low.
I still feel not right.

Maybe your doctor will let you try the medicine my NP recently prescribed. When you fall asleep, you sleep. BF

Do you think you are also emotionally exhausted from your parents' visit? Is there anything you can do to pamper yourself? I can relate to the feelings of exhaustion.

well it is understandable that you feel exhaussted
with everything that has been going on.
Hope you can nap or get some solid sleep today.

I can't believe I let this happen

Yes,
My parent's visit drained me.
I had to get up early and was not able to use the weekend to sleep to prepare for the work week.

Today the symptoms of CFS have come back: I am depressed and under huge brain fog. I took a nap and woke up feeling worse.

I don't know what to do.
All I kind do is be patient with myself.

next year....Maybe you could ask them to come during the summer, like beginning of june, no school and no hurricanes looming.
I am sorry that your symptoms have come about...what has worked for you in the past?
rest and more rest.....how is your nutritional status?

I'm ok on nutrition.
I took a little break from the vegan stuff and had a hamburger one day and a piece of chicken one day.

I am taking lots of B12.

I took some time off from Weight Watchers becuase I was feeling too much pressure. I went back to a meeting tonight and am down .8 lbs anyway. (!)

In the past, what has worked is doing an easy easy easy Yoga video and staying inside and sleeping off and on whenever I feel like it.

I slept today. But I have a feeling that is hard to explain -- heavy hang over, brain fog, depression, . .

I have to try hard to think only pleasant thoughts, surround myself with good images and feelings,

Mari
