PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE KIND OF DOC i NEED

PLEASE READ MY POST IN AUTOIMMUNE DISORDERS, RE: HELP FOR A KIND OF DOC. i DON'T KNOW WHY i PUT IT THERE, BUT i DON'T FEEL LIKE REPEATING. My arms are so very fatigued, especially when doing repetative tasks and over the head tasks....my neuro who I just called for advice basically hung up on me. I just want to know If i should see an ortho doc or neruosurgeon or what????? THanks anyone!

It sounds like you'd had ample tests...maybe an neurosurgeon would be worth going to see. Maybe also a physiatrist.

Thanks Supernova

for doing that , I have no idea how to work the computer like that! The thing that really upset me was that he had a call coming in for which I got hung up for. I know It could have been important, but aren't I important? This is scary to me. I am getting an epidural for leg pain Friday at a Spine Center/pain management place, I will get their opinion too. My pcp doc seems clueless, but I love her so much I hate to change doctors. She never rushes me and actually acts human. Thank you again. He always leaves me feeling like I really still don't know what to do!!!!!!!

hi there,

Supernova....could you if you read this stick it in the Periphreal Neuropathy area...I know I butchered that spelling....after thinking about what the doc said he did say it may be PN and I was too wound up to put it all together in my head....as I knew nothing about PN...the sx do fit....Please use your super powers! Forever grateful....I guess I will consult with him again as I am in the middle of a SSDi claim but I have got to find a better doc...he is made of ice....

Should be in the PN area now as well. Hope you get some good advice.

Arthritis and osteoporosis of the spine

my back problems resulting from a back fracture, were diagnosed by a doctor I originally went to for Fibromyalgia. He had an Arthritis and Osteoporosis Clinic. You might call the ones in your area. They seem to do the types of diagnostic x-rays you might need. Hope this helps. There are many of us so I'm sure you will get your answer! :grouphug:
