Sorry that I havent been around!

Hello all!

I just wanted to give an update on how I am doing!

I have had the permanent SCS implanted. I had trouble recovering from the surgery, but am doing really good now! I am off of my crutches and back working full time! I have also met the love of my life who has been really supportive of everything that I am doing! We are engaged now! She has three kids 2 girls and one boy. The SCS is helping me out quite a bit, I am taking less medication every couple of weeks. I am really pleased with the results!

The thing that I am having the hardest time with right now is dealing with the kids at the same time as hurting.

I miss talking with all of you!

Dana

CONGRATS on getting engaged!! and meeting the 'one'. Its great that she is soo supportive!!

Im soo glad that the stim is also working for you.. I have 2 i have a scs and a pns and i konw that it took awhile for it to settle in and get great control and maybe once you get farther out from the surgery that dealing with the kids and the pain will get better!! Get them to make you laugh!!! laughing always makes you feel instantly better!!

Take care and keep in touch!

Oh how great!!

I am so glad that you are doing so well with the SCS! Wow... and congrats on the engagement. This is so good! I am so happy for you, and I wish you many happy days with your bride to be; I do hope your RSD stays so calm.

Thanks for stopping in and letting us know. I was wondering how you were, since you hadn't been around, and I sure was surprised to hear all this- such great news!
