bilateral TOS and sleeping

I've been having increasing trouble trying to find sleeping positions that don't exacerbate my TOS. Do any of you, especially those with bilateral TOS, have any suggestions? Thanks.

i had to learn to sleep on my back so my arms wouldnt completely swell up in the night

I think some even sleep in a soft comfy recliner during the really bad flares.

During my bad times I had to pad & wrap my elbows and sleep on my back.

I have bilateral TOS and sleep like so:

# Flat on my back (I will occassionally turn during sleep)
# Using a pillow with neck support like a Tempur Memoryfoam or similar
# Wearing soft fleece wraps secured by duct tape as partial elbow braces to prevent me from bending my elbows

If what I mean by fleece wraps isn't clear I can provide a picture.
