Should I go to the hospital?

Need advice...................
I have a complex medical history which I am unable to type as I am in so much pain ( hands aching). I'll try to explain.
I have had fibro for many years - aching pain mostly in face, head, upper body. TP injections were a miracle to relieving the pain eventually. Then I had a severe case of meralgia paresthetica. ( pinched nerve in lateral femorl cutaneous nerve which caused severe leg pain ). The MP spread to my central nervous system. Symptoms were severe burning in stomach, chest arms and face. Hospitalized on a morphine pump for a week which (thank Goodess) relieved the burning body pain. So glad a pharmacist clued me in to get in the hospital immediately.
Then I go an epidural which caused chronic severe pain in my lower back and spread to my entire body. TPI helped all body pain except lower back and I am now disabled.
NOW - the aching pain has spread again to my ankles, knees, elbows. MOST importantly the burning pain has spread ( in the past week) to my stomach, chest, face. I am really scared. Still functioning with all pain as I am used to chronic pain. Also, have burning pain in lips, toungue, gums and aching teet from ingesting chloral hydrate several months ago. Have had facial inj. and inside mouth injections which helped at first but not helping lately.
QUESTION - should I go to hospital and get morphine pump?
Scared to death of hospital because I have no veins and can't put IV in hands because of RSD. Any invasive procedure causes more pain for me.
Should I wait it out? Articles I read say you need to knock it out immediately.
Since it it is the weekend that makes a hospital visit even more scarey.
Any thoughts???????
Thanks to all

Is the pump what your drs recommend?
I haven't read up on that so I hope some of our other members can help you with it.
Sorry you are having such troubles.

Hi, My heart goes out to you...

I posted to you a week or so ago and explained how I handled my RSD and I had success. I am not going to go on. I told you to go to a good teaching hospital one that participates in Ketamine Treatments. Its sounds like you are in an all out big, big, RSD Flare up. All this prep for Ketamine does not happen over night. It all demends what part of the country you live in not all doctors are licsened to do it. This is only a suggestion. But I tried so much over 3 years and this is the only thing, done correctly, that has worked and stuck.

You sound very sad if I can help you try and find someone tell me what part of the country you live in and I will try and ask around about a doctor.

Try and stay calm stress is only going to trigger more pain.

Peace,

Ann

IV morphine pump ---ketamine infusions (AnnBon)

The morpine pump I spoke of is only IV morphine for a week - to try to knock out the burning central nervous system pain. It worked last time but that was a different situation. I now think this is pure RSD,
In the meantime I slept for over 14 hrs. and the pain has decreased about 50%. This is why I think ketamine would work as you sleep an extended period of time.
AnnBon - sorry but I did not receive a second response about ketamine in the PM's. I returned another one to you but somehow I must have missed your response. I am on a yr. waiting list for ket. at an exc. teaching hosp. with a top Dr. I'm very fearful of the pic line as it may cause more pain. I have severe allodydnia and hyperalagesia and I totally miswired nervous system. If anyone else can shed light on ket. inf. let me know.
All the best
