Ssa 455 ocr error correction
 

Can some please be so kind as to tell me if i made an error ,putting an x in the incorrect box and then white it out, and put a x in the correct box is that ok or should i go get another form .i messed up and used ink instead of pencil.

Send it in. If the computer can't read it, a person will. It's not a big deal at all. :-)
