Good Morning All, I am a little late checking in for I have been online wth Benny for 3 hours. We got a few things settled when it comes to planning for the furture. He thinks May 31 would be good date for Wedding. We have so many things going right now, with trying to buy and all. I hope things can be done in that time frame. Only 3 weeeks and he will be here. It will probably go faster than I think. WE may of found the right house, in we both like it. I haven't even seen it on the inside.

I hope the rest of you are doing okay. I am somewhat better today. I slept sitting in a chair last night. I just can't breathe laying down. I still haven't weighted. maybe today. I do have to go to work at noon today so better close for now.

Not being able to breathe...is that your heart acting up or asthma or a cold.????sorry I don't recall.
Have you seen your doctor recently?

Well I am later than late but have been good sticking to my diet...walking..it's easier when someone else is dieting too and my
visiting daughter is!!

Good afternoon. Went shopping for some summer tees..of course in much bigger than last year! Bought 3 pair of crinkle material capris too. Might look like a big ole round marshmallow but hee hee I am comfortable!
Now I will have some clothes togo lookin for some nice fat summer flies around my lilly pad! froggie:D

Bizi, by not being able to breathe, I mean, I am blocked up with so much cold. My nose and throat are full of junk. I did go ahead and work today, just to keep my mind off my trouble's. Benny's not well. He has wanted to talk off and on today. He has had headaches for two days. It's ruff when you are alone too, I think. It's nice to have someone to baby you, when your not feeling up to par. I miss that, myself.

I had a real busy afternoon. When I got there the place was buzzing from so many people being in there. It took 22 minutes just to get the register cleared of people. It's good to keep busy tho. I don't regret that! I just love to be around people. My life is so overjoyed just to converse with people of different backgrowns. God bless them, I love them all.

I am glad that you have this joy in your life billie!
Well this 12 hour cold medicine has just worn off...need to take some more meds. Nyquil here I come.

Hi All! I am finally feeling better. Saffire has had a cold and I have had bronchitis and a sinus infection! A very tough week indeed! It is not easy nursing a sore face and vicious with a sick 1 year old but we made it!! I am about 75% better. The weather here has been so very warm and wonderful mid 80's!!! Suntan...here I come! Saffire has loved the warm weather and it appears that she will be a real good camper this summer. She was on grass for the 1st time the other day!! She is walking like a maniac now...running too....and the dreaded climbing!!!!!!! Keeps me busy thats for sure!!! Hope everyones weekend is great!:grouphug:

She sounds adorable!
My girl friend has an 18 month old girl and she is really cute and fun to be around when she is not sick that is....yesterday she went from crying and not letting me hold her to playing with me in the blink of an eye....very moody but she was sick!
I still am fighting a cold so will try to stay inside even though it is a beautiful day....maybe do a bit of low key yard work....need to have another cup of coffee and get on with the day....do something productive.
I think I was on the computer 10 hours this weekend...I don't do well when my hubby is away....he will be back from his fishing trip tonight.

Hi Bizi! Saffire is my granddaughter. We have temporary custody of her....hopefully permanent eventually, because her Dad, my son and her mom lost her to the Childrens Aid Society last August. Her 1/2 brother has been living with his maternal grandma for the last month and we have had Saff with us since Dec. 21. Her Dad and Mom do not seem to be doing much to change their lives around so there is a good chance Saffire could end up staying with us permanently....which would be wonderful.! Her motherleft her sitting in a car seat in front of the TV for her 1st 7 months of her life. She is crazy about the computer and spent all her time on it, as did my son, and left the kids on the next floor up on their own....at that time Saff was just born and James was 4. They smoked drugs in the basement as well as cigs.....as a matter of fact, Heather, Saffs mom, did not stop smoking drugs untill she was 6 months pregnant....the CAS forced her to. She was flagged and all were tested when Saff was born! When Saff was taken into care we were away camping and were not contacted....once placed in the CAS there is a long process involved but finally after 4 months we got her here with us. Saff was underweight and had very little upper body strength. She could not crawl either. While in foster care they did their best with her but now that she is here she is thriving! ( In between colds!) She walks like a trooper now and is a healthy strong young lady! She gained 8 pounds in 4 months but has since walked 2 of them off! She is saying all kinds of words...colours wonderful pictures, and is like a sponge when it comes to learning. She loves to read and ev en is starting to potty train! She has went from being behind in everything to catching up and even excelling in some areas. Saff has 11 teeth and 3 more on the way!!! We brush her teeth each day with her new electric toothbrush and at night, we sing beautiful lullibies together. She is the joy of my life and I am so glad to be blessed with the gift of having her here with me to care for. Being a grama is better than I had ever dreamed!! OK enough from me ....I kinda rambled on there!! Have a great night!!:hug:
