Well, my Ball Python's name was Grace...because she would grace my neck like a diamond necklace.

I've named many snakes over the years...Red Baron for a corn snake
Black Widow for a king snake...Faye Gray for another corn snake

Stripes for a garten snake, smickler(because they smell through their tongue) but my favorite...hideNseek...because I was always looking for that rascal! lol

DS named our skinny little ring-neck snake Killer as a joke. I had a garter snake named Jake (Jake the snake - get it?!). Hated the tarantula we were given. He never got a name and died, thank goodness. I like my cats and dog.

could go another route and call her either "boa" or "ana", depending on what type of snake it is. :)

ROTFLMAO! Becky!!!!! ROTFLMAO! :ROTFLMAO::ROTFLMAO::ROTFLMAO::ROTFLMAO::ROTFLMAO: :ROTFLMAO:

The story behind this picture is simple. Jim and I were casually walking around the mall in Gurnee and this museum appeared out of nowhere. We casually go inside and take a tour. To get out you had to take a picture with the animal of choice, tour masters choice that is.

This person casually pulls the snake out and wraps it around Jim and I. It took at least five takes to get this picture because the little snake was trying to get to my face. Look closely at Jim's knuckles, he's holding it tight. I was smiling but in reality I was gritting my teeth telling Jim "Hold it tight! It's trying to get my face! If you let it go I wont drive you home" He did his best but it was touch and go. I swear that snake was trying to bite my face off and choke me! Look at my neck and Jim's! :eek:

Jim was my hero. ;)

Here is a larger image for you to see all the details. lol Look at my poor hand around Jim's neck being smashed by the snake and Jim folding the snake in half. lol

I had a red tail boa named Cherokee. I have an orange corn snake name Dakota. I have an Indian theme when I name my snakes. I don't have a picture of Cherokee, but here is one of Dakota (along with a couple of my cats).

Ummm, the cats are sniffing Dakota for dinner? haha

Pretty snake, pretty snake, pretty snake.
