Light sensitivity fluctuates

Ive noticed that my light sensitivity gets better on some days and worse on others. Anyone experience the same thing? I wonder why!

Thank you!

This is excellent news, symptoms coming and going is the first sign that you are getting better!

Light sensitivity still comes and goes for me 8 months after injury, except I just don't like artificial lighting and get sore eyes with computer VDU's. However this is mild compared to what went before.

Thank you so much mouse1 for your reply! It really does improve in such small steps but i'm so happy that its moving forward. I'm so glad you're feeling better. Thank you so much .

No problem, you are getting better and it is starting to turn around if symptoms are coming and going. It is still a long road to full recovery and it takes time, but you are on your way to recovery!

My light sensitivity

Mine fluctuates as well, although recently, it's been pretty consistently bad, but I noticed for example that as long as I'm wearing sunglasses and hat outside, I'm usually fine. Inside though, I do not tolerate light well at all, and I'm particularly strained by light from any kind of screen.

I was just reading about light sensitivity and how the supplements of Lutien and Zeaxanthin can help with that. I read about this on Wikipedia.
