Tuesday Roll Call 2/26/08
 

I don't know if we've completely gotten away from a morning roll call but here it is:

I'm Nancy and I'm on day 4 post op from having a Spinal Cord Stimulator put in. Right now it doesn't work because I was in too much pain right after surgery for the rep to sit there and monkey around with it. So I wait for Thursday when we all can calmly program it.

I got up early to take my meds but the truth is that I am not comfortable in any one position for too long.

I'm here Nancy, I can't understand all this pain your having. I had some, but did get it programed the same day. I also stayed in the hospital over night. Mine was bigger than yours and placed in my side. I'll say a prayer for you this morning.:hug:

I just have to tell you and the world. My guy friend told me he loves me and wants to spend the rest of our lives together. Now how can I clean the carpet now. I am on cloud NINE today. I am so happy! Can you top this for today? It's the truth, honest.

We got a big wet snow...the kind I won't let Mr.Alffe shovel.

south beach bar and coffee this morning. had 24 oz of water already. i'm keeping track. :D

ya'll are making me want to do south beach. not sure if my family would go for it. i'd probably have to buy the frozen meals for me and still cook for them. :rolleyes:

alffe..don't shoot me..but i AM going to buy a scale. :o

Curious...bathroom scales just never last. Every hotel room we have stayed in that had scales....they were broken! I used to weigh at Curves...and you could probably weigh at your gym but if you want to throw your money away on bathroom scales...be my guest. :p :hug:

And about the S.Beach Diet food....I have never seen those frozen meals..probably because I haven't looked. I was shocked to find their cereal but then I love to cook so I make the recipes in the book.

I think you'd be suprised at how good some of them are and bet your family would like them too.

Is that whats wrong with my bathroom scale :confused: :p

Curious quit out drinking me. Sheesh she has a drinking problem. :eek:

Doing ok on this South beach diet but think I would do better if I lived with Alffe and her cooking :D

bathroom scales shouldn't be kept in the bathroom. the humidity ruins them. and when we bounce on them to make the dial spin to lower numbers doesn't help either. :p


i really need to keep more of an eye on grandmoney's weight than mine. he is such a skinny butt. ithink he has lost more being sick.

i just really don't have clue what i weigh. so if y'all don't hear from ..it's cuz i'm big time depressed. :wink:

P.S. Curious I read somewhere that you should just subtract 50 lbs everytime you get on a scale. :p Its that new math!
