Anxiety because of love
I am 22 years old male. I`m in love with the girl who was my classmate at school. I fell in love with her after school, about 2 years ago. but I haven`t told her about my feelings. And we only meet 1-2 times a year when my classmates organize something.
The problem is whenever wherever I see her, I literally shiver, my voice starts to tremble, I don`t know what to do to fix it, please help me |
Welcome Qwarck. :Wave-Hello:

I would post the link but it's not letting me. Youtube "Heart Break is a Good Thing" by Elliot Hulse. He has a lot of helpful perspectives. Defiantly worth checking out, good luck man!

And I`m that type of person, who can`t take loss, I mean on emotional level; I feel very depressed. So I can`t simply give up on her. I only can accept the loss, when I really did everything what I could. You can recommend me, in that case, to act, but again I can`t do anything with trembling |
Hi there,
I had my first massive Panic Attack - which led to a lifetime of Anxiety issues - at 22. If your symptoms extend further than talking to this girl I would suggest a little Counselling. As for your Love. You only see her 1-2 times a year with no contact inbetween, right? I would lock this up in my heart as a painful, unrequited Love and find someone in my area with the same interests, that I see on a regular basis. Friendship is always a strong foundation on which to build a relationship. In the interim, get out, join Clubs, meet people to boost your confidence over approaching and talking to strangers and Love interests. Dave. |

As Dave mentioned; might be good to go out, join an area group; if applicable; many church's have groups that are dealing in various areas, helping, volunteering, etc. This may help you to be more comfortable around girls in general. Hope this may eventually give you the courage to ask her to a movie and maybe a dinner next time you see her. You have to take it one step at a time before confessing your feelings. Good Luck....
