Nutritional supplement question

Hi

My mothernlaw is after me to start acai and goji berry juice stuff. Now before I do I wanted opinions.
Is this stuff hype or good to add to the regimen.

I think 444 level of my b12 is low so should I do shots or OTC is enough.

Thanku

OTC B12 methylcobalamin 5mg a day on an empty stomach, should raise your levels within 3 months.

Antioxidants are good for allergies and inflammation. I don't have the ORAC values for everything handy, but here is an article on acai, and how processing may destroy some of its value:

Pomegranate, green tea and grapeseed extract are other choices. I prefer the grapeseed extract, and I use 300mg a day.

You can get roped into expensive antioxidant juices and blends, so be careful or you may pay more $$ than you expected. That is why I stick with grapeseed extract. I get mine at Costco.
I've also used Puritan's Pride brand.
