Help im scared

I hit my head on two fridays ago. Was leaned over a trash can stood up real fast smacked top back part of mt head where curve starts on bottom of cabnet.Urgent care doctor said mild concussion.?
Headachs and all have seem to stop other then my sinues hurt and theres still some pressure in my head but i think all thats from the sinues. At the time of the incident i didnt lose conciness or black out or throw up. Like i said i went to urgent care 8 hours later he checked me out and said mild concussion. I havent been sleeping all that much maybe 5 hours or less at night. But i feel like my vision has changed and now im worried about a Chronic Subdural Hematoma. What are the number one signs for that? Is vision being messed up on of the first signs or is maybe the sleep or even the sines what are signs of chronic hematomo? Im so afraid of dieing in my sleep or going blind.

We've already discussed the risk of a brain bleed. Stop researching. It will only drive you nuts. It sounds like you are doing fine and recovering like a normal concussion. It can take a few more weeks to finish recovering.

A subdural hematoma would cause a VERY painful headache, likely constant nausea and vomiting, loss of motor control (stumbling) and more.

You have a mild concussion. That is all. Slow down, Reduce stress in your life and you will recover faster.

The signs you're having fit with a minor concussion. That being said, if you are stressing and afraid of it being more, you will most likely have stronger symptoms (because that is the catch 22 of the concussion). I am told that concussion can literally make people more prone to anxiety, and I know I experience an increase in it. Feeling anxious and scared is going to Slow your recovery, so if I were you I would try to rest, but keep yourself occupied with something like an audiobook...something that distracts you but keeps you from worrying.

best thing to do is to get off the computer/TV and let your body recover so you dont end up with PCS dude!
