I thought I'd touch base with all of you. I've been pretty scarce lately, part of it was the holidays and being out of town for a week and Braintalk being down for awhile. It took awhile for everyone to fly home. I'm on the Duragesic patch and is on a level of 9 to 10 on a 6 to 7 level. The pain is much better than it was and more tolerable but I'm wondering is anything healing. I still take supplements,etc. like always and do hope something is healing.

Glad to see most of the old gang back here. I was on another website for awhile until this one came back online but hadn't really been anywhere since about Thanksgiving.

I hope everyone is doing O.K and had a nice holiday season.

Hello Lynn :) its so nice to hear from you again, it has been a while and i am glad to read that your pain is in a more managable state now.
Yes it does seems like the old gang is slowly coming back together again, Astra [Tony] has just started to posting here as well, its good to see all the nice people coming to this Forum.

Good to hear from you, Lynne. And very glad to hear that your pain is less intense. I will wish you more pain-free moments in the coming year. It is great to see so many of the "old gang." And, of course, it is always nice to see all the new-comers we have been seeing.
