CTA in the morning

I'm having a CTA in the morning for a basilar tip artery tip that is bulbous and 6mm. What symptoms come along with unruptured aneurysms? Neurologist say none but I have throbbing heaviness in my head when tilting it back and memory loss like I cant get my words out, blurred vision and horrible vivid nightmares. Anybody have any of these symptoms or know what it is? I've had alot of tests.
Thank You
