Full Moon Tonight (Friday 5 September)

Hey everyone...

there's a lovely full moon out tonight...
a Perfect Pearl.

if you have clear skies be sure to snatch a glimpse.
i did. somehow, it's roundness gave me some hopes that abundance CAN come "around" :p again...

also makes me kinda nostalgic for when i could really live in the night.
and i mean, like, go outside.
go for walks under the stars with the cat

oh well, nowadays... no cat, no stars, and no walks.

but at least i can see the moon. and know it's the same moon.

I'm wide awake at 3:30 AM. I've been listening to CD's,and I'm still not sleepy. (((Something about that Luna gravity pull))) Could the moon creat waves in our thoughts? LOL silly. BF:hug::hug::hug:

weeeeeeeeeeelllll, i um, don't think it's silly. i think there's sooooooooooooo much about all of creation we don't have the capacity to understand... we aren't even "built" for it, you know... so... yeah, actually... i mean, there are legends about the moon. i'm not saying all the legends are fact, i'm just saying... even "our" physical laws - physics as we are able to know it - tells us there is a gravitational relationship between the moon and the earth... who knows how much more there could be it, that we do not know... cannot conceive of...

so, i do not think anything is silly. ;):D :hug::hug:

I could not help to notice that the moon has been full these past few days.

2am I am still awake :D I cannot seem to sleep. I had too much fun watching the hello dolly musical. I have to suck on a peppermint because I have a cough. My grandpa taught me that trick. I am going to be tired. I want to be hyper tommorow for work so I can slice through the rooms. :)

I didn't realize it was a full moon. But I've had more pressing things going.

Really wish life would leave me alone when its good.

No worries Donna... well, not moonwise

28 days and you'll have another full moon to look at, just as purdy! :)

i hope life lets up for you with the pressures.:hug::hug:

Waves,

Dear Waves,
I was happy to read your post pointing out the full moon. When you posted, I had noticed the moon earlier but it wasn't completely full yet.

The next night of the real full moon, I couldn't find it because of clouds.

So tonight I enjoyed the moon (starting to wane) and saw it big and bright in a clear sky.

It was cool to go out and think about you and every one else on this thread talking about the moon.
M.

hmmmm....

Dear Mari,

that is odd. i wonder if there was some confusion because friday was not the 5 (as thread title says), but the 4th. but i have full moon recorded as friday the 4th - so, the 5th it would have been waning.

when i made up the calendar for the moons i took it off an astronomical calendar/chart calculated right down to the time... of course i could have made a mistake when pulling the data off the chart... but i cross checked with other calendars also... weird.

anyway that is neat how you went and looked at our Luna and it acted as a link to us all :) :) :) We have invented a new form of "astral projection!" :p
