Are you strong enough,
To face what lies ahead,
Can you fight the fear,
And the feelings of dread.

Are you tough enough,
To give it all you’ve got,
Can you face the task,
And give it your best shot.

Are you brave enough,
To push through all the pain,
Can you find the strength,
And get back up again…
