I have a lot of weird feelings in my leg and foot. Saw a neurosurgeon today since an MRI showed I have arthritis of the spine and spinal stenosis. But he says that since I have had the symptoms for many years and the finding on the MRI are new that the weird sensations are most likely due to neuropathy. So he gave me a script for Neurontin. I told him I am already on Tegretol for Trigeminal neuralgia. Is it safe to take both of them?
