I hate technology!!!
 

I feel like the technology gods are unhappy with me. My home computer is still in the shop (it has been there for 9 days), yesterday my home phone quit working, and then my tv went out a few hours later. It turns out that there was an area wide problem, but they did not know that when I called about the phone. So they had me unplugging and unscrewing things from my router and recharging the battery. None of that worked.

Eventually my tv came back on but not the phones. They were able to get the phone working about an hour later from their computers. In the meantime, I dropped my cell phone and the back fell off and the battery popped out. Luckily, it was okay.

Plus, my printer at school keeps jamming:rolleyes:.

Well ,you can see what kind of day I had yesterday. I absolutely HATE dealing with the tech people on the phone. A friend suggested I need to have a techology exorcism conducted.

By the time I get through the robots malarky so I can finally get to a person, I am in a very rotten mood. An exorcism would be a great thing if it would work.

ha ha it's from all of the MRI's! Any time something breaks in my house I am told it's my fault I zapped them as I walked passed.

9 days for computer repairs -that would drive me nuts...:eek:

When mine has a major mess up I get this extreme type A personality focus while working on it to get it fixed again..
if I don't figure it out in 1 day I have thoughts running through my head almost all night.

I work in the technology industry and really enjoy the job but I gotta say sometimes I don't want to see another computer, phone, router,tv...you get the idea. Sometimes I wish we could go back to the simpler times when we were not flooded w/ technology and didn't have a cell phone growing out of our hear.
