I'm looking for a place to stay in Georgetown,SC
 

As usual God was looking for me while I was searching for me...my DD called today and my DH starts Monday!! He will have to stay in the area but that's ok, I can travel once in awhile.

If you live in the area, or know someone who does rentals, would you please PM me? I need a two bedroom or larger house, furnished and as close to Georgetown as possible. I looked at a couple of condos on Pawley Island that were very reasonable, but not sure if they will do short term. He will be there for three months.

Yes, I know you were and I felt everyone of them. It is often hard to hang on to even a tiny sliver of faith or hope when such despair reaches out and grabs you. I am doing better, slowly returning to what is normal for me.

I have some packing to do, his bags have to be ready Sunday...oh, and he will be working with my DS, he also got hired.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the area. But DO let the mgr know that you're there long term on business, and ask for their best deal. Most will cut you a pretty good offer if they can, and some can negotiate the lease.

We are being treated fine in hotel with a room that's like an efficiency, with small kitchen, etc. Only thing would make it better is if we could bring the dogs, lol.
