Sciatica :mad::mad:

Ow!

Overtime on top of it :Bang-Head:

Grrrrr!

Anyone have any suggestions? What worked for you if you have dealt with it?

It's killing me. I can't sit for more than 30 seconds. Lifting my leg to clutch while driving is agony. Even laying down hurts. The only thing that helps is standing up but life requires us to sit too! :(

I've had it before but it was on the right. Now it's on the left and it hurts in a whole different way! :cool:

Aw, I'm so sorry RW. :hug: :hug: :hug: I've never had it but it sounds so painful. :( I hope it gets better soon.

ouch! :( I am so sorry you are in pain.

I find my chiro helps me greatly when mine flairs up. Hot packs help, not sitting in one position for long periods helps. resting helps. stretching helps.

Hang in there. :hug:

Ouch, sorry you are going thru this.:hug: I too get this;...really bad if
I sleep on my side. I get pain in my hip and my shin, and sometimes my knee.
I use heat, it helps. Like Dej, this is when I take a trip to my Ddad's(he
is a chiro). But heat really helps alot too.

Many years ago I went to a pain doctor recommended by my neuro. He found the source of the pain, which was an infection in my spine.

He gave me a shot of cortisone in my spine which cleared up the pain within 3 days. I have never had the sciatica again.

Thrifta Sista - You poor thing. My SIL just went through this. I told her to do the Epsom salt soaks and use to use ice throughout the day. It worked for her. Can you get those ice pack things from work? That way you can strap it on and keep moving and doing the things you need to.

Sending you lots of cyber:hug:'s and hope you feel better.

Ouch!! :mad: I had it throughout my pregnancy but never found any relief so I have no suggestions. Sorry. I just know how bad it hurts. :hug::hug: Hope you feel better soon.
