Finally went to the dr.

[COLOR="Purple"]Well i finally got in to see a dr and he did an MRI and while i was in there i had a seizure and they had to keep me over nite and the dr told me that it was a relapses. so he is going to call me in some meds. he said that the meds would help my leg to stop feeling all weird. i'm just happy that its going to get better. I am sorry you had a siezure, but glad it was witnessed. Nothing like a witness to pull them over to your side.

So sorry for your seisure, but glad you were with the Doc, at the time and will be medicated.

i'm very sorry about the seizure but at least you had it where it could be seen by professionals and documented.

i hope the meds help you feel better.
don't you have a baby? are you ok or do you have someone to help you?

Thanks everyone, The dr put me on meds called kepra it is an antiseizure med, and gave me a perscription for some kind of shots that i have to take once a week. i have to send off for them. Because i had a seizure during the MRI i have to go back next week for another one they told me that they could give me something to put me to sleep if i think i am going to have another seizure. so i guess its back to the dr. And i'm not sure who asked but yes i have a baby girl she is going to be 3 months on the 24th of this month.

Sounds like your doctor is prescribing Avonex? That's the only DMD I know of that's a once-a-week shot.

I'm glad things are moving along for you and that you're going to be beginning a proactive approach to MS. I hope things improve for you. :hug:
