Anyone watch Dr. Oz?

I have been watching Dr. Oz on tv and it is really very informative and I am learning so much.

Yesterdays program was a special program for mens health issues and answered anatomical questions men probably would not ask a Doctor. :o

I recorded it for DH.

I read Dr. Oz's book and was dissappointed in that but the tv program is really good. :)

Hi there, Yes I watched him on Oprah before he had his own show. I think he is a wonderful, highly intelligent, and most importantly, compassionate man.

I don't watch him now, or too much health news these days though, because I find that I worry more about all the things I can not do that is supposed to make us fit and healthy. Does that make sense?
It scares me that I can no longer walk for more than 10 minutes, can't lift wieghts, walk up a hill, etc., etc. I don't eat as well as I used to either so it just makes me depressed.
But I still think he is one of the best doctors out there who will go so far out of his way to help people. I wish he was my doctor. :)
