I don't suffer from the same thing, but I know a constant headache would really wear me down. :(

As a non drug treatment you could try acupuncture. I got great relief from sciatic pain just recently from a short course, and a GF has weekly acupuncture as a deterrent/ treatment for migraines.

Aromatherapy is another option that many people find successful in the treatment of headaches. Use of the correct oils can help increase relaxation and decrease stress.

Have you tried medications - such as topomax or neurontin? Both are used for headeaches....

Good luck - I also suffer from vicious headaches.

I had really bad pressure headaches for a while, it felt like a giant claw on the outside of my head trying to squueze until my head exploded. These weren't normal headaches these were make you throw up headaches. Combination of duradrin and neurontin worked wonders.

I used to get headaches a lot the throbbing, any light makes your head hurt kind, and chiropractic cured those.

Good luck I hope you find some relief soon!

Sometimes, if you can narrow down the cause of the headaches, you can avoid them. If I'm stressed I tend to clench my teeth which will trigger a right sided headache. I got a little appliance from the dentist to prevent the clenching and thus the headache.

If I don't drink enough during the day, I'll get a top of the head headache from dehydration. Water solves that one.

Taking certain drugs, like Tylenol, can cause rebound headaches. I take Aspirin (well, generic ASA, actually) and it usually does the trick for me.

I hope you find a solution - headaches are miserable.

I hate to say this, Ronbo, but could it be the Rebiff. I was on another interferon (Avonex) and my vicious headaches stopped, when I stopped Avonex. Check with your Doc.
