Calculating a 'week annivesary'.

I'm doing a bit of an unofficial poll -
a friend and I disagree on when it is considered to be a week anniversary of an event.

If the event occured on a wednesday, then I believe the 'anniversary' is the following wednesday.
He believes it is the Tuesday, as you can't include 2 wednesdays (or the same day) in 'a week'.

what does everyone think?!!!

A week 'anniversary' is from:
1)wed to wed
2)wed to tuesday

Thanks!!
If you could all agree with me please that would be great! Just kidding..... lol

Wednesday to Wednesday.

A week is 7 days so from wed to wed. At least that is what my calendar says

Although there are 7 days in a week which brings it to Tuesday, the key word is "anniversary" so I go with Wednesday.

I think of it as - it happens on a Wednesday. I work out once a week, every Wednesday.

Wednesday. If your birthday is on January 1, your next birthday isn't January 2, then January 3. If you get married on June 10, your first anniversary isn't June 11, your second June 12, and so on. If you were married long enough, your anniversary would end up being in August eventually.

Think "a week ago today...."

Any chance your friend is pulling your leg?

Blessings2You "Any chance your friend is pulling your leg? "
:D
umm.... I think it's got to the point where he knows I'm right and is trying everything to weasel his way out of it, without saying so!! lol
I'm cutting and pasting these responses for him...

Very amusing!!

If it's pooping (TMI?) my concern is by next Tuesday if last was Wednesday, but that's a way different subject, ANNIVERSARY is same day, a Wednesday. Same date every year! Birthdays too.
