Efren just called from Microsoft....lololol......he got the job in Dallas he wanted! Now he has to sit through interviews all day while he already has a job here so they won't cancel his ticket back.

Needless to say I was having total apoplexy. I don't think that mentally or physically I could have done this...let alone monetarily. I know Seattle is beautiful, but there are jobs here too and with him it was the lure of working for Bill Gates. Now we get to stay here with a hefty raise too instead of making a lateral move...not even considering the much higher cost of living up there.
