iCal calendar program on my iMac

Hi,

Good news to report:
Accidently I found the iCal (calendar) program on my iMac. :)
It was easy to use and I wasn't even using it on purpose!

And the icon is on the desk top / dashboard and I could have been using it all this time.

Other news:
My teacher emailed me again to remind me about registering for the event on Wednesday.

On another note:
Google came up with a map to the campus that is completely different from what I used many years ago.
. . . . Unless google is wrong.
.. . . just checked. Yahoo has a different map. . . . and a more logical one. :)
That's the first time that google disappointed me. :(

. . . In a my current normal state of confusion / fatigue / anxiety . . .

P.S.
I had asked my internist for a B12 test and I saw the paperwork for it. But the lab didn't report it. Someone messed up.
I have to ask her office again to do the blood test.
I want to know my B12 levels in case they are relevant to my current state of mind. Now. Because I feel like I am in trouble.

I'm angry

Hi,
I spent a fortune of my time in therapy over the years so I know that ANGER can be an appropriate response sometimes.

My internist ordered lots of complicated blood lab work to search for cause of the stroke. That's great. I'm glad I'm healthy

NOW explain the brain problems I've been having like depression, cognition issues, neuro issues . . . )

How about finding my B12 levels????
I gave lots of vials of blood at the lab! I saw the B12 on the form, darn it.
Where are the results of the B12??? Tell me NOW.
Who lost them?
And how much hassle will it take for the doc, her stupid office, the lab techs, and the lab to get me my results for the second test ?????????

B12 -- not on internist's list

Dear Beth,
I am scheduled for fasting blood work next week, but no B12.

I need to call her office and the office really really stinks.
The people were supposed to schedule other test for me too that they have not called about.
I need to get on the phone.

Very low energy.

maybe you can rest a bit and then must some energy to call them, pat yourself on the back when things get tough....you are getting things done....hang in there, have you tried the 'giving yourself a real hug trick?
put your arms around yourself and hug yourself. it feels good!
here is a hug to get you started.

hugs

to you Mari.

i have been self-hugging a long time.
recent years i don't get too many other physical hugs.
i used to think it was nuts, but when i told my pdoc he said it was good.

i hope you can get rested enough and find enough of a comfort zone to deal with the phone.

here are some icon-hugs for ya.
:hug::hug::hug:

and some old fashioned cyber-hugs.
