University of Iowa hospitals and clinics?
 

This is a total shot in the dark here, but has anyone had an experience with them? Basically, if I move in with some relatives in Iowa, I could get treated at that hospital under a charity program they have. They have like 14 different pain management docs and the person on the phone said they treated a lot of RSD victims, and it is a fairly prestigious teaching and research hospital. The one reference I found searching old posts was not entirely positive but its hard to judge just from that.
