Good to know about the selenium content! Too bad they still talk the same old talk about "bad" sat fat and cholesterol though...

Thank you so much

for this info on shrimp.

You will laugh, BUT:

My oldest cat really was dying..very sick. When we gave her shrimp daily,
she healed and is still going. 2 years past what the vet predicted. The shrimp started off as a treat after pilling her with meds. Now she has no need for the meds AT ALL!

There is something in the shrimp she craves, and needs. And this chart puts
it so well. I am still studying it!

Thanks so much, Kim!

Actually that's very interesting to hear.

I have been suspecting that my cat is requiring something else. I think I will try shrimp. I just happen to have some frozen. :)

I'm sure she'll be very happy about it.

She is in perfect condition except for the cancer tumour that she's been sporting for years... but recently her eyes have messed up and she's pretty much blind. I can tell that her eyes are acknowledging that they can't see by being constantly dilated.

She's 19 and still getting around just fine (not in any apparent pain from the tumour that she's had for at least 5 years - noticeably) but I'd like to fix her eyes if I could.

Sure would be nice if shrimp was the trick.
