Hi,
I got through Monday.
Now I am apparently staying at the computer in order to avoid Tuesday.

Tuesday is a new dentist for a new device to stop teeth grinding.

today started off with my being anxiety ridden...there were gas smells reported in Manhattan and my friend in Maryland wrote me about a lot of dead birds found in Austin Texas.

Monday started off with a headache in the middle of the night and lasted during the day, so slept when I could. Felt crappy. Anything I ate went right throw me.

I think a lot of these symptoms are returning due to the fact I have to go to court on Feb 5th. Spoke with his PO she is really nice. I still dread court.

Same thing happened last night, so I am tired. Have to go grocery shopping at some point today, tomorrow have my PCP appointment that I cancelled last week.

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Nikko:Sigh:

I am late to this post. Monday I still felt too sick to do anything and the doctor took me off the anti-biotics becasue they were giving me bad diarrhea.

dentist

No dentist today because SURPRISE insurance in not right.
I hope that insurance gets straightened out because I made another appointment.
I'd like to stop grinding my teeth -- they used to be beautiful and straight. Now, not. And I have difficult chewing. Sometimes my teeth get in the way of talking.

I keep hoping to find my stride. I want to live a good life.
Today I went to the gym -- first time since Jan 1 and a big deal. I feel good about that.

That is great about going to the gym!
good for you my dear.
I think fisher island looks like a nice get away for you sometime......
have you ever thought about an entodontist(sp?) for a retainer if your teeth are becoming crooked?
Hope you have a good day!

Dear Bizi,
Thank you for your concern. Dentist number 1 took a while to figure out I was grinding -- and missed damage. He stopped some of it with a thing sort of like a retainer. The problem is it does not completely stop the damage AND it got old and started deteriorating. He would not give me a new one, lost interest in me. I think he has overwhelming personal issues. The device is foundamentally flawed in that it tends to encourage grinding. I still wake up with some teeth and jaw pain. I wait a few hours (half a day) before eating unless it is something like scrambled eggs.

So I have been trying to get in to see a new dentist. I met dentist #2 for a consult in dec. He can fit me for a device that can stop/greatly diminish the clenching/ginding I hope. http://healthnewsdigest.com/cgi-bin/...ve=12&num=4668

Holding hope.
Mari
