OfC haven't threaded in awhile out of the loop "LOL" sry :wink: ant much new's altho at last got myself to the nurse last week & got a check up "BloodPressure" is great, something that is greatest than great "Lost" 15lb & Im excited as ever heh thought Id share it, hope u don't mind me.
