Mrs. D,

I would like to add my thanks also, Mrs. D, for the help you have given me. Last night I started using the Healthi-Feet cream and will report on its effectiveness soon. They shipped very fast, less than a week to receive it. I haven't noticed much change with taking the L-Citrulline and L-Arginine (regretably) but I will continue taking them and keeping my fingers crossed. You have helped so many people and I thank you so much.

Well, this thread is being very therapeutic for me.
I am undergoing a rough root canal. Its been 3 weeks, since my tooth broke off...and this one (I've had 2 others over the years) has really been a PAIN.

I don't know why...I guess it was dying for a while before cracking. Maybe it is the mercury that was released during the first part of the root canal? Yesterday (the day after the sealing of the canal) I had a major fatigue attack. Today is better.

Joano... I stopped the citrulline for 3 days, during this procedure and boy did I notice THAT. The effects of those amino acids are quite slow and mild for me, but not taking them, well, I sure noticed THAT. It often takes supplements a while to get going...especially when they are inserting into a
metabolic system that might be set in its ways! ;)
So I am giving mine a good 3 months now. This is the slowest one I've done. I am going to up the arginine for a week, by one tablet 1,000mg (to a total of 2000mg). Keeping the citrulline at 1,000 and see if that helps.

I've been away for a while, but you sure did help me when I was searching for answers! Thanks Mrs. D!!!:)

OOH Mrs D! Root canal? Not FUN At All!

:hug:So far? I've managed to escape this but...expect it in the future. EEEEK :eek:
I hope that 'other things' don't kick up during that 'healing' process.
From me? Please take these...they're the best I can do over the miles...
:hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug:
Get better soon! - j

They are two of the most powerful words in our language. Yet we sometimes forget to say them even when we feel them. Thanks for the reminder to say THANK YOU to the amazing Mrs. D.:hug:

p.s Sorry about the root canal. Still, I suppose it's better than the hockey player's smile.
