Darkening the text at the top of the page
Hi all:
Some time ago, (by the way I have a HP Flat Screen Monitor), I must have pressed one of the buttons on the right side because at the top of the screen, Where it reads from left to right. FILE, EDIT VIEW FAVORITIES TOOLS HELP, etc. etc. it got lighter. I want these words to be in a clear Black color. It would be easier to read. I went to my desktop, clicked on properties and then appearance and maybe I should do something there, but i'm not sure. So how exactly, do I get the toolbars to display the words in a more darker clearer fashion. Thanks, Melody |
Sometimes If my flat screen just gets tilted a bit the screen will look different?
or Do you have adjustments on the monitor itself? usually in the front. mine has one for an auto refresh - and it will reset any minor changes. or if none of those work- as you did - go back to the properties/ appearance {if win XP} click on advanced button and you can double check to see if the menu bar fonts are set for black{ there's a drop down menu or you can just use the mouse to click on any area in the little window that you want to check the settings on} hope something here helps- let me know if you need more info/help. |
