Please, get yourself checked out. Infections can spread and get out of hand quickly.Remember, sometimes we can do all the right things, and still gain weight. Our bodies are rather messed up, and not all is working as it should.
But we must listen to our bodies, and do all we can to keep it as healthy as we can. I love that you're reading, and studying, but please don't wear yourself out doing so. (((gentle hugs))))) Love Lizzie |
