Plan B

Hello,
I hate to ask this question, but I would like to know if anyone has any answers.
What should you not do after taking Plan B?

The directions have quite a bit of information but they do not answer some of the questions that I have, and google has decided not to give me many answers.

Is it safe to take a c**p (sorry but had to ask) after taking the pills, approx. 2 hours later? I would imagine it is, but just had to be sure.

I've also found they don't even know if you need to eat something while taking it? I decided to go ahead with that so it wouldn't give me an upset stomach. Hopefully that was the right choice.

Thank you

A regular bowel movement, is normal and will not affect this drug.

Severe cramping, diarrhea, or vomiting, may indicate you have fast transit and my impair the absorption of the hormone.

Here is consumer info:
Quote:

HOW TO USE: Take 1 tablet by mouth as soon as possible after unprotected sex. Take the second tablet by mouth 12 hours after taking the first dose. This medication may be taken with or without food. This medication works best when it is taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. In some cases, your doctor may instruct you to take both tablets at once. Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

If you vomit within 1 hour of taking either dose of the medication, contact your doctor to discuss whether you need to repeat the dose.

The amount and timing of your period may be irregular after taking this medication. Notify your doctor immediately if your period is more than 7 days late. You may need to take a pregnancy test.
